All orders at JIVA are paid securely by UPI. Payments for JIVA are collected by our parent company, LUXCOM PRIVATE LIMITED — this is the name you will see in your UPI app. Scan the QR code below with any UPI app — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or your bank's app.

How to pay

  1. Place your order and choose "Pay via UPI QR Code" at checkout.
  2. Scan this QR code (or pay to luxcom.pvtltd@indusind) and enter the exact order total.
  3. In the payment note / remarks, type your order number (for example #1001).
  4. Send the payment screenshot with your order number on WhatsApp to +91 82109 26612 or email luxcomthe@gmail.com.

Your order is confirmed and dispatched once we receive the payment in our account — usually within a few hours during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM IST). Orders not paid within 24 hours may be cancelled automatically.

Stay safe: JIVA only accepts payments to luxcom.pvtltd@indusind (LUXCOM PRIVATE LIMITED — payments for JIVA). We will never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP or card details.
